Read beyond the colour

Blue tea may mean butterfly pea flowers alone or a blend with tea leaves. Nevisan Blue Flower Green Tea includes a green-tea base. Look at the complete ingredient declaration rather than assuming every blue cup is the same drink.

Check the useful details

Compare net weight, serving instructions and the seller. Photographs show a suggested presentation; the exact colour in your cup depends on the brew. A vivid photograph is not a measure of strength or quality.

Taste before adding lemon

Brew the tea plain first. You can then try a little lemon to see the colour shift and taste how the citrus changes the cup. This blend contains caffeine, even though the flower itself is often sold as a herbal infusion.

How to order

Choose your teas and the number of 50g packets in Nevisan Pay. Enter your delivery details, review the INR total and pay the exact amount by UPI. Open WhatsApp, attach your payment screenshot and press Send. Keep your NEV request reference. Nevisan confirms your order after checking the actual ICICI bank credit and accepting the order; opening the payment app or preparing a message is not confirmation.

Payment verification

After paying, open the prepared WhatsApp message, attach your payment screenshot and press Send. Include your NEV reference and the UPI transaction reference if available. Nevisan manually matches the actual ICICI bank credit to your request. A screenshot, UTR, payment-app success screen or sent message is not proof that Nevisan has accepted the order. If payment is pending, failed or debited without confirmation, contact Nevisan with the same reference before attempting another payment.

Order confirmation

Your NEV reference identifies an order request, not a confirmed order. Wait for Nevisan to reply on WhatsApp explicitly confirming payment received and order accepted, with your teas, packet quantities, paid total and delivery address. Check those details and report corrections immediately before dispatch. This website does not automatically confirm payments or display live order status.

Dispatch

Dispatch means your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier. Indian orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment verification and order acceptance, not from the time you prepare the checkout request. Nevisan shares a dispatch update on WhatsApp. If you have not received an update after this estimated window, ask for the status using your NEV reference.

Tracking your parcel

After dispatch, look for Nevisan’s WhatsApp message containing the carrier name, tracking or consignment number and tracking link. The NEV request reference is not a courier tracking number. Open the carrier link to follow the parcel; the first scan may take time to appear. Indian transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. If tracking is missing, has not updated or shows a delivery problem, contact Nevisan with your NEV reference and tracking number. International schedules are confirmed individually.

Delivery

Direct orders include free shipping. Within India, we deliver via India Post to serviceable PIN codes. International delivery is available by arrangement: confirm your destination, delivery arrangements and order total with Nevisan on WhatsApp before paying. Indian orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment verification and order acceptance, with an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. International schedules are confirmed individually. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp after dispatch.

No returns

Tea is a non-returnable food product. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact Nevisan promptly with your NEV reference and photos of the item and packaging; reporting within 48 hours of delivery where possible helps us investigate. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
