A flavour reference

The rum name points to the flavour profile: warm sugarcane, spice and oak notes over green tea. It is sold as a tea, not as a measure of spirits. Check the pouch for the actual ingredient declaration; tasting notes are not a manufacturing recipe.

First, brew it plain

Use the guide on your pack and pour the tea off the leaves. Taste it before adding a sweetener so you can decide whether the spice and green-tea base already suit you.

Then try a cooler cup

For a different serving, cool a fresh brew and pour it over ice. Add a small twist of citrus if you like it. Ice will soften the strength, so adjust the next brew to taste. The green-tea base contains caffeine.

How to order

Choose your teas and the number of 50g packets in Nevisan Pay. Enter your delivery details, review the INR total and pay the exact amount by UPI. Open WhatsApp, attach your payment screenshot and press Send. Keep your NEV request reference. Nevisan confirms your order after checking the actual ICICI bank credit and accepting the order; opening the payment app or preparing a message is not confirmation.

Delivery

Direct orders include free shipping. Within India, we deliver via India Post to serviceable PIN codes. International delivery is available by arrangement: confirm your destination, delivery arrangements and order total with Nevisan on WhatsApp before paying. Indian orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment verification and order acceptance, with an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. International schedules are confirmed individually. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp after dispatch.

No returns

Tea is a non-returnable food product. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact Nevisan promptly with your NEV reference and photos of the item and packaging; reporting within 48 hours of delivery where possible helps us investigate. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
