Work out the cost of a tea serving from the pack weight and leaf amount, with a clear example for a 50g Nevisan pouch.

Use the amount you actually brew

A 50g pouch gives about 20–25 first servings when you use 2–2.5g per cup. At the listed MRP of ₹499, that is approximately ₹19.96–₹24.95 per first serving. Direct orders include free shipping. Check the product page for the current listed price. Using more leaf gives fewer servings.

Count another steep separately

A second steep can add value when you enjoy it, but it is not guaranteed to taste as strong as the first. Do not base the initial cup count on three successful steeps from every portion.

Compare like with like

For tea bags, divide the pack price by the number of bags you use per cup. For loose leaf, use the weight of a portion. Bagged tea is not automatically poor quality. Compare taste, convenience and price together, then choose what you prefer.

How to order

Choose your teas and the number of 50g packets in Nevisan Pay. Enter your delivery details, review the INR total and pay the exact amount by UPI. Open WhatsApp, attach your payment screenshot and press Send. Keep your NEV request reference. Nevisan confirms your order after checking the actual ICICI bank credit and accepting the order; opening the payment app or preparing a message is not confirmation.

Delivery

Direct orders include free shipping. Within India, we deliver via India Post to serviceable PIN codes. International delivery is available by arrangement: confirm your destination, delivery arrangements and order total with Nevisan on WhatsApp before paying. Indian orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment verification and order acceptance, with an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. International schedules are confirmed individually. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp after dispatch.

No returns

Tea is a non-returnable food product. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, incorrect or defective, contact Nevisan promptly with your NEV reference and photos of the item and packaging; reporting within 48 hours of delivery where possible helps us investigate. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law.
